Prompt and professional. We live in a rural community and the other professional suggested texted he would call the next morning and we never heard from him (Hulsey). Kelly came and fixed the two split units.

They replaced our 25-year-old furnace and our air compressor expeditiously and with precision. Excellent quality workmanship! Kelly Cogar called me immediately and came to my home to diagnose the problem. I had noticed that no matter what I did the fan on my a/c unit ran continuously. I had taken the time to read up on my unit so I would at least have an idea of what was causing the fan to run. Kelly described to me exactly the number one problem I had just read about. He promptly ordered the part. He charged me exactly what his service call cost. He gave me an estimate on what the part would be. When he called to see when he could come back he told me that the part was less than he told me. I asked what his labor would be. He said what he quoted me for the part included his labor. How pleasantly surprised I was. If all repair people were like him the world would be a better place!

Kelly was prompt, friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided an efficient repair. He even alerted us to some forgotten items in the crawl space and rodent activity that needed to be addressed. As an aside, Kelly is a former Marine and war vet. I would highly recommend him and have asked him to return in the spring for an A/C checkup before summer season.

Kelly called the evening I requested the service. He told me up front what the inspection charge would be. He came the next morning in his truck van with every thing needed to repare the air conditioner. After his through inspection he explained what was needed and we compromised on one thing. He finished the repairs within 2 hours. I was one happy person!

We needed service on our AC... it was not 'cooling'. This happened on the Memorial Day weekend and Kelly Cogar made room in his holiday schedule to make a service call for us. Since the service call was made on the holiday, the rate was higher than it would have been on a work day. He was extremely helpful and gave us answers to our questions regarding our thermostat and our entire AC system... inside and outside units. We will call him for our annual heating/cooling check-ups. Very satisfied!!

Kelly called me right after I filled out my information on what I needed. He was on time, diagnosed my problem and explained what was needed.
