Representative arrived as scheduled. replaced coil cleaned filter checked system and was gone in about 1 hour.

The technician Chris arrived quickly and had the problem diagnosed and repaired fast. He did a thorough check of the system and I am very pleased with the results.

This was an eye opening experience. I had been having issues with my 3 year old unit since a different company had done and quot;annual maintanenceand quot; on it. When the contract was up I called Liberty Heating and Air and had them come out to see if they could find the problem. They were prompt and courteous from the moment I first spoke with them. They told me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done to fix it, and they put it all in writing along with the estimate for repairs. When they came out for the appointment to fix it they were on time (and even called ahead to let me know they were on their way so that I had time to bring the dogs in). The repairmen were polite and careful to clean up after themselves as they went along. My unit is running like new again. This company is exactly how I wish all heating and air conditioning companies would be.
