Prompt, efficient and reasonable

Rollin was very thorough and he went above and beyond the original reason I had him fix my sprinkler problem. He tested my system afterwards and tweeted our valves for optimum efficiency.

Pricey. They spent 3 partial days basically putting in a new valve system. They told me it would be approx $250 in parts. Total bill was $815 with labor. Good work but more expensive than it should have been.

Rollin's sent someone who was just helping out, not someone who was experienced in sprinklers. My wife had to show his helper how to adjust the sprinklers, because he kelp saying they could not be adjusted.

Rollin was GREAT to work with and I plan on using him more in the future. He has great ideas, and his wealth of experience gives him much to draw on when envisioning a landscape. His customer service was friendly, his expertise was technically proficient in recommending what to do where on the lawn, and his eye for possibilities was inspiring. I recommend him highly and will use him again.

I setup the initial consultation but we forgot to pass my home address. They called me at home the morning of the repair to get my address but I was at work since the repair wasn't scheduled until that afternoon. They eventually got my address and Mr. Rollin came a few minutes late which was no big deal. He immediately got to work repairing the sprinklers and he was done very quickly. He also took a look at my water pressure and talked to me about increasing it. I was surprised that Mr. Rollin came for the repair but he said his office was busy and he was the last person left. I was impressed that the owner of the company came to do my repair and didn't just let it wait until one of his service techs was finished with another job. The price that I paid was well below what I thought I would have to pay. I have some other things that I'm thinking of getting done in my yard and Rollin's Landscape will be the first company that I call.
