Rollin's Landscape Co Inc

We have been using him for about three years. We have a yearly contract. Our yard is huge. They are pretty good. He will send somebody in every time the plants die and need to be replaced, which I am okay with. They have never been able to really take care of the water in the back. He came in a couple of times to look at it but I don’t know what the problem is. I don’t know about the price because I haven’t contacted other people.

I contacted Rollin and a few other companies to come out and do a major
landscape/hardscape installation on my property.  Rollin and one other
came out and did a walk through and talked to me about what I wanted and
what they had in mind.  Rollin did a very thorough walk through, took
measurements and took plenty of time to ask me what I wanted and didn't
want.  A few weeks later, Rollin emailed me his very detailed and
thorough Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) workup of my house, and property
and the landscaping to be done.  The plans were to scale, had grid-lines
and each plant had it's own shape and color to best illustrate how the
final project would look.  We walked around the property w/ the plans
and discussed things, and made changes.  I was blown away w/ what he
came up with.  We decided to contract Rollin to perform the work and his
crew came out over the course of about 10 days, (about 4 days worth of
work total) to do the project.  They removed existing plants, brought in
soil, created beds, edged beds, planted the plants, mulched the beds
and installed 2 cobblestone type patios which are my favorite things out
of everything that was done.  They brought in new SOD and laid it where
it needed to go, moved and added irrigation heads and lines and even
though a few got nicked and broken during the process, the guys quickly
and properly repaired them, without any hassle or extra charge.  I am
very happy with the work that Rollin and his crew did.  The minor issues
I have had post installation have been resolved, or a fair plan to
resolve them has been agreed upon.  My project was installed at the end
of fall, so most of the plants did go dormant shortly after the
install.  He has stayed in contact w/ me and we will take a look at
things come spring time see if any other adjustments need to be made,
but I expect everything will look great!  I have had many of my
neighbors comment on how wonderful the property looks now and have even
contacted Rollin to do work on their property! 

I loved receiving actual blueprints from Rollin during the course of the design process. He was patient and accommodating each time I suggested a change or took my time with a decision. His entire crew is hard working, punctual, polite and knowledgeable. All are a pleasure to work with. We began the actual install in Oct/Nov. of 2010. The crew came out numerous times the spring/summer  of last year to monitor the new plants and maintain the areas where sod was removed. A few of the new plants did not make it through their first winter, and were replaced without question. Communication is effortless with Rollin, as he has answered every voice mail I've left within the day - and every email within 24 hours.
Rollin's passion for what he does is obvious and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company for any landscape need you might have.
