"This is NOT a customer of WAGES Goldstar Roofing & Gutters. He has not contracted with our company to provide any repairs. He states he purchased a home, that we previously installed a roof on years before he bought the home. We have no record of him ever being a customer of ours. If we install a roof, we provide a contract and a warranty with every purchase. The warranty is a NO LEAK WARRANTY for 5 or 10 years, depending on roof type installed, and is for the original purchaser only and is NOT transferable, unless the home is sold and it is transferred within 90 days of roof install or prior approval from our office is given when homeowner is replacing the roof in order to sell the property. This person seems to think he is a customer of ours & he is NOT. This is our 43rd year in business in Walton & Gwinnett & surrounding counties and our warranty and contracts protect both the homeowner and our interest and we often do minor repairs even after the warranty expires, at no additional cost. If our CUSTOMER ever had an issue with their roof, they never contacted us about it. It is unfortunate that in this day and age, you can post whatever you want about anyone or "bully" anyone or any business, without proof or repercussions for your accusations. With over 15,000 satisfied homeowners, we have stayed in business 43 years, call many Roofers a few years after contracting with them and they are gone out of business.... may the reader of this review take away something useful when contracting with anyone."
