"First-time customer on 2/20/21. Drove back a week later (a 4 hours drive) to purchase an item; that I could not stop thinking about. my total bill was $350. The clerk wrapped, boxed, and carried my items to my truck. After returning home, I realized the main item I wanted was missing (the clerk forgot to put it in my bag). Didn't they see it on the counter when he returned to the store? He had my contact information. I called the owner the next day and explained what happened, thinking he'd ship it to me (the shipping cost was less than $15), but he said I'd have to drive back and get it (a 4-hour drive, one way, really)????? WOW, Now that's BAD BUSINESS practices!!! I guess I'll look elsewhere for my Handmade Modern Art Glass Knot Paperweight AND, Instead of giving customers the rightful deal, (3 markdowns) lowest price after a certain day as labeled, they change the price back to the highest price if it doesn't sell by the third markdown date, for example, I was told you'd better get it now because as soon as you walk out the door, I am changing the price (and they did indeed) Lastly, They said they do not take American Express, but the week prior, they took American Express; I have the receipt to prove it. SMH Nice items for POOR Customer Service!"
