 It went very well.  He actually spoke with me about everything he did prior to the work and gave me an estimate.  He even told me I might get a couple more years out of the thermal expansion valve/tank but I made the decision to have it done now to save the service call fee.  I had previously called Allgood Plumbing and they charged me $140 and could not stop the  bathtub leaks but gave me an estimate of $450 to replace the PRV.  I got all the work done for $455.............after already having paid someone else to do the work which they did not do.  I would highly recommend U Gotta Plumber.

Mark's work is always top notch. He fixed the tub faucet leak quickly and expertyly. He also installed a new water heater for me 3 years ago, and while he was here yesterday, he showed me how to perform some routine maintenance on it. I have used Mark for 13 years and would never call anyone else.

We needed a plumber on Friday afternoon and he was here within the hour. Very nice man and fixed the problem right away. I am so happy we found this company.

I had damaged pipes and Mark was relentless in helping me out in a fair and efficient way. He is always friendly; yet professional. Finally, I ended up having to get my pipes replaced as they were faulty. But in that time, for years he was a tremendous help to me.
Since that time I recommend him wherever and whenever I can. It's such a relief to find a provider that you trust and that does great work. When the hot water tank went out at the office I work for, I didn't hesitate to recommend him. Sure enough, as expected he came in, did a fantastic job, and left with everyone very satisfied.
