I am a Realtor (not just an agent) that works the entire Atlanta/Athens area. While I have numerous vendors for inspections, lending, painters, landscapers, stagers, etc., I take care of the Client. I can negotiate like a Pro. Cost to Sellers ... Industry standard is 6% which is shared with Buyer's agent. My fee includes listing and pictures in both MLS and FMLS services, marketing campaigns (postcards, social media, open house, etc.) sign, lock-box, GAR forms when needed.
