Very friendly initial call promised to at least look at one of the units because I needed it badly and repair likely to be very minor. Called again week later and they again promised to look at one unit. Called again the following weekend and still have not even looked at it. Picked up my units and they could have cared less to ask why I was not happy. Almost seemed eager to help me out the door. Little did they know I walked down the street and made two LARGE purchases from their direct competitor. They could have won a new customer over and gained a loyal big spender but they screwed that over. Plus I'm not going to pay for their nice big new building and take it or leave it mentality. Reading many other reviews online confirmed my decision was the right one. Hill Ace hardware is a better option for repairs and the John Deere Agpro dealer the other direction on 78 is a much better Stihl dealer.
