Pronto Pest Management Inc

I am using Pronto for pest control, but noticed signs of possible termites. I, of course called Pronto. They called to remind me, arriving promptly and explained everything they were doing. I had an older infestation but also active termites were using the pathway now. Chris, their technician was wonderful and explained every step. He cleaned up after treatment and repaired the area. A panel was installed at the infestation site to enable ease of checking to make sure no future infestation. Because rain is expected, treatment on the outside to be done next week. In the meantime, inside and garage are being done. My regular pest control guy, Larry, with Pronto, comes regularly, and is equally as professional. Their staff is exceptional and having moved into this home six months ago and being new to the Monroe area, I am thrilled to have them as my total pest control management company. I asked how the previous owner could not have known about this. Chris said, because the termites had not broken through the surface, there was no way the termite company who wrote the termite letter for sell of house could have known. Anyone looking for pest control, including termite coverage will be happy they chose this company!
