Steven Rivera, owner, provided the proper services as stated.  However, he and his assistant were unprofessional and inconsiderate when it came to the cleanliness of my home.  There was bile on the stairwell of my home as a result of the wet vac and the sloppy and non-care of Rivera's assistant.  This bile which did not come from my home as Rivera brought into my home a dirty wet vac was all over my steps.  Carelessness which could expose us to hepatitis C or any other disease. 
Not to mention Rivera was sloppy in his work in the master bath.  The toilet was not replace exactly as before, now the tile under the toilet is exposed as not before.
During the contract signing and payment, Rivera entertained an inappropriate conversation which made me very uncomfortable.  
One week later, I recall Rivera as I thought the drains had backed-up in the dishwasher.  Rivera sent a business partner who wanted to charge more money and the business partner destroyed my mailbox but denied it. I called the police and reported Marine 1 Plumbing.
I do NOT recommend Marine 1 Plumbing and I do NOT recommend Steven Rivera for any plumbing services.  Rivera is unprofessional, sloppy, and lacks the discernment to hire and partner with professional people.

It was great- he gave us an estimate and the job was slightly higher than the estimate (some unforseen parts) but really close in the end. He helped us with another problem we are having (brown water) and recommended a water filter (the city is not doing anything about it). He also made some great recommendations for our hot water heater as well and answered several questions that I had that were not about the job. Steve is honest, fast and thorough. I look forward to doing business with him in the future.

I am very pleased with the work these men have done for me. They came and did the job with ease, were very friendly, and the quality of their work was really good. I also felt the price was good considering what they did for me. I will use them again.

Excellent experience. Called to confirm appointment, arrived on time, and did work is short amount of time. Has done several jobs at my home, and all excellent.

I was scheduled for service call on Wed, April 5 between 4-5 p.m. I called around 4:15 to check on the approx time the service tech would arrive. I spoke with Ms. Ramona who informed me the techs were on their way. After 5 p.m. I called again, Ms. Ramona thought they were already at my place. She hung up to place a call to the service techs. Fifteen minutes, Ramona called me back to let me know due to lack of manpower & the project the service tech were on presently, they could not get to me today. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day, Thurs, April 6 @ 3p.m. On Thurs, the service tech arrived at 5 p.m. He did not have the parts on his truck to repair the toilets. So, I had to go out and buy the parts for the bathrooms. I didn't have a problem with purchasing the items if I had known this in advance. The service tech worked from 6:45-7:10 at the labor cost only of $125.00. I'm not completely satisfied with how the toilets are flushing since he has replaced the flappers.

STEVE WAS PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES, QUICKLY DIAGNOSED MY PROBLEM, EXPLAINED THE SOLUTION, GAVE ME A SOLID PRICE QUOTE, AND PROMPTLY PERFORMED THE WORK. HE GAVE A WRITTEN GUARANTEE. I AM A CONSTRUCTION LAWYER, SO I (HOPE I) KNOW A BAD CONTRACTOR WHEN I RUN ACROSS ONE. STEVE WAS A CLASS ACT. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN FOR ANY PLUMBING PROBLEM.
