If I could sum Lee's up in as few words as possible it would be "They take ownership of the job" and they did.
The estimate was fast and easy. Once they began the job additional damage was revealed and they coordinated
with the other party's insurance for adjustment. All I had to do was drop by for the estimate, drop the Navigator off, then
pick it up when it was done. All work is guaranteed. We had one minor issue related to the pearl color being difficult
to match on an overcast day, it was fixed pronto and without problem. I'd use them for any future needs without question.

"I am sorry that we missed the headlight alignments, we strive to make sure that all the details are taken care of, and that your car is returned to you just like it was before the accident. And unfortunately in this business there are some things that are out of our control such as insurance adjusters or parts delays and I'm sorry that it took longer than expected for your repairs to be completed but our goal is to repair the car back to pre accident condition, and some times it does take longer than expected. Again, I'm sorry that you were not completly satisfied because that is what we want! ~Christy"

All work was completed on time and under estimated cost. Very impressed with Quality. Paint matched between newly painted areas with original areas. Vehicle looked like new! No one could tell what was fixed even after pointing it out.
