After seeing the work he/his company did for a few of my neighbors, my husband and I hired him to properly grade/slope a section of our yard with a drainage/erosion issue. Wade came out installed 2 pallets of sod in my yard and repaired my sprinkler system. They did excellent work and great clean up. I would not hesitate in hiring this company.

KWE quoted me $1700 for 3 pallets of sod due to my poor grass (on a rental I took back). He mentioned it was a big job- and the soil needed tilling and fresh soil brought in. I agreed. He calls the day of the install- without letting me know what day it would be. I was busy away from the house all day. Next day, we meet for payment at a convenient restaurant parking lot. My repair contractor passed by the house and said the sod was done, so like a fool, I pay him what I agreed. When I make it to the house, the sod was brown- literally dead sod. His answer: keep watering it. Bermuda is tough to kill and it will be fine. Two weeks later, 80% of the yard is OK. One area to the left of the driveway is still dead after two weeks and a ton of watering. I may have to replace on my own, and/or go to small claims court to have him replace with green sod. I have all pictures to prove my case easily. I have multiple rentals and cannot baby sit every contractor. Most are fine. KWE is not, and will never use again. Buyer beware.

They put rocks on back side of fence because hill is washing. Did drainage under fence, to go down hill.
