John was excellent to work with. Communicative, prompt and very pleasant to boot. We had a laundry list of random things that needed to be done around the house and he and Kyle did everything we asked with a smile and with superb craftsmanship. I will definitely have them back out for the next round of work that we need done!

Nice man but......I paid an electrician with 30 + years to wire for under cabinet lighting in our basement kitchen. I hired this company to install the upper cabinets I bought. He asked me about where the wires should go and I didn't know so I went with his suggestion. He drilled holes in the back of cabinets and the wiring was supposed to be under. Electrician said he has never seen someone do what this guy did. Handman said wires would show if they were under the cabinet. Turns out, no they wouldn't because they are hidden by the the lighting. Thank God I have an awesome electrician who could fix it. In the process of installing my UPPER cabinets (not lower), they managed to scratch my BRAND NEW ,EXPENSIVE flooring and not so much as an apology when I pointed it out. Materials should always be protected when you work in someone's house! I know things aren't cheap these days but they seem to be on the expensive side.

Him and his crew were amazing! Showed up as scheduled on time! Helped me with the whole entire process of picking out tile, colors. He went above and beyond for me and I absolutely love his work!

John Rosa has an excellent business and is extremely professional! We have had him do multiple jobs at our house(attic steps, painting shutters, etc) and have been quite satisfied with all of his work.
