David Bledsoe is the man you want if you need a house inspected. He has inspected two houses for us over the past six months as we search for a house to buy in the Atlanta area. His inspections are both comprehensive and intensive, are backed by a detailed knowledge of building codes, and result in very detailed reports.

David's name was given to me by my realtor, and I am very glad to have gotten his name! David was extremely responsive and professional. Also, his home inspection work was incredibly detailed. Our home was new construction, but David paid attention to every little detail and reported every issue that was found with the home. Many of the issues David discovered were not even detected by my builder's inspector! David's report was very thorough, and he took the time to explain each issue discovered to my husband and me. I would definitely (and already have) recommend David to others.

The special infrared detection was great because he could check for mold behind walls without taking down the drywall or making holes. He was very professional and respectful. He was very thorough - it took about 5 hours maybe a little more - and he talked to me through the whole inspection. He had all the necessary certifications and they're available on his website. He was just great - 5 stars!

My realtor recommend David. I didn't comparison shop because the quality and integrity of the information was the utmost critical for me. David's services was worth every penny. He inspected the entire townhome and provided a full report with photos through online security website that I can access on-demand from anywhere. I was able to pay on-site and receive a digital invoice that I was able to immediate electronically submit to my relo company for reimbursement (also go to keep for the IRS tax day ;)). As a first-time home owner, David listened to each concern and question and either answered my question or redirecting me to the right source. He caught a water pressure problem. Two weeks later the Georgia Water department sent a notice of pressure problems and repair instructions. Nice work, David. I highly recommend his company and would reuse his company any time.

David answered all my questions thoroughly and provided information about his qualifications and services offered (including heat scans to see where insulation is needed) when I called to inquire about using his services. He also let me know what he would not be able to do, like air quality tests.
On the day of the inspection he answered all of my questions as we moved through the home. As I realized there was more going on than I was prepared to take on and fix, David offered to stop whenever I wanted and provided me a discount rate ($125 instead of $425) since we didn't finish the inspection and I didn't need a report. I appreciated his willingness to work with me and be flexible and will use him soon for the next house, which will hopefully pass the inspection. :)

Healthy home inspections was very responsive. I had to have the home inspection done fairly quickly and needed the radon test results back right after the 48 hours was up. They answered all my questions. Provided me a detailed list of items on the home and explained the issues to me. A nice feature that I liked that they did was the use of a thermal imaging camera to see leaks and potential issues. I found them on the GAHI and he had all the right credentials. I was nervous at first since no one had reviewed them on the list. But I figured why not give them a shot and I'm glad that I did.
