We went to their showroom and were greeted by Mike and Sam. Mike showed us around and allowed us to take our time and did not smother us trying to sell us things we didn't want. When we finally made our decision he added everything up and we just couldn't afford the price, he worked with us and lowered the price. The furniture in this place is beautiful and good quality. I had gone to a local retail furniture store and bought my bedroom prior to going to grand furniture and I instantly regretted not going to grand furniture first. If you see the same furniture somewhere else for a certain price they will definitely work with you and beat their price. Before you go to any other furniture store in the region you have to see them first. You won't regret it.

Top notch from start to finish. My wife and I recently moved to Loganville, GA from Phoenix, Arizona and this store is a few miles from our new home. I had a few interactions with the owner while shopping for some office furniture, and chose to stop in while searching for a new bedroom set.
Ali helped us out and was extremely fair with pricing. We had our bedroom set delivered within 5 days, and the crew that delivered it was top notch. They moved the remaining items in my master bedroom that were too heavy for my wife and I to our guest bedroom in no time. They were swift and extremely cautious to not bump or scratch anything.
They completely assembled all of the new items and were in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the Atlanta area shopping for furniture Their pricing and customer service make it worth the drive if you aren't from the area. I can't compliment them enough on their stellar service. After setting everything up, we realized there was an issue with the mattress that was delivered. Within a few hours, they were back to my house with a new mattress and took the first one away. Phenomenal business! I own a business myself, and it's very hard to find companies that are doing things so well anymore. Thanks Grand Furniture!
