It took some expertise to fix it. I called him and the next day he came to my house. Charles Holec was very promp and had all the proper tools. He was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the chair. It's like new, in fact it's probably better than when I first bought it. He took his time, it took him 2 hours in order to fully repair the chair. I found that he was a professional and diligent worker. The price was very fair for how much time and effort he put into the job. I would highly recommend him. The one thing I especially liked was that, if "I can't fix it there's no charge."
