Steve Coffman was willing to give a basic phone estimate. When we decided his price and explanation of the work was on par with what we needed, he was quick to come out that evening and look over the site for a formal estimate (he was there within a half hour). His phone and site estimates were right in line and the pricing was very good in comparison with other local plumbers. He explained the material of piping he usually used but was willing to install the piping we requested without any issues. He handled getting the phone/electric marked off to avoid any problems while digging. We did not have emergency service, but rather were able to schedule our service for just a few days out. His crew showed up on time to complete the work and worked with the water on as long as possible so as not to inconvenience us inside (this included turning the water off and back on to temporarily patch the old piping while digging it out and laying the new. Coffman and his crew were extremely courteous, and the final charges matched the estimate... Best yet, even our dog liked him. Animals know.

Installed new water heater (I purchased water heater myself). Water heater went out, Steve checked it out, found it was bad, he installed new water heater. He was quick, efficient, had the job completed really fast.
