They come quarterly. They spray for bugs. The service works. If we have any sort of recurrence we call, and they come right out. Their rates are reasonable. He is here when he says he will be. I will continue to use him.

He is excellent. He is heck of a nice guy. The bugs are pretty much under control. I would recommend him. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He is been in this business for ever. He will take time to answer your questions to the best of his knowledge. We have used him for 10 years and we have never had a problem with his service. Whatever he uses seems to work. He comes on a schedule and I don't call him. He always sends an email two or three days before he comes out. If we are busy on the day he is scheduled to come, he has been very responsive to accommodate us on an alternate day that we suggest. He is very punctual and always shows up.
