Mr Sorrows made the entire experience easy and stress free, starting with the estimate and continuing throughout the entire job. They came very early and stayed until the job was done. They had to remove 2 layers of shingles and made repairs. It is clear that Bonafide knows what they are doing; it is also clear that Mr Sorrows was more interested in giving me what I needed instead of trying to sell me what I didnâ t. In other words Mr Sorrows is a honest man, something we donâ t always find. Honestly I am not the kind of person that gush when it comes to reviews, but I am gushing. Donâ t worry about getting numerous estimates, save yourself time and just call Bonafide.

I placed a seach for someone to come out and take a look at my roof because I returned from out of town and had a water leak in one of my bedrooms. Mr Sorrows texted me immediately and left his phone number for me to contact him. I called him at 9:00 a.m. and explained the problem. he said he could come to take a look at it between 1:00 and 1:30. He arrived with his son at 1:20 evaluated the problem area and determined the solution required. He said he could fix it the same afternoon and let me know the price and how much time would be required. He performed the work as promised within the timeframe and for the price quoted. He has great customer service, is easy to communicate with, and is a really nice man. I would recommend him without reservation.

They totally replaced the roof on my modular home within about 6 hours. The roof looks very good and I'm satisfied with their service

Dealing with the owner William Sorrows was an enjoyable experience. He and his crew were very professional and did a fantastic job on replacing our roof. William also followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy with the finished product.

It was a pleasure working with William courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and reliable.

We had this repair done 3 times by other companies. Bonafide's repair is the best and is absolutely holding up. They were competent, on time and the work was quality.

The only reason I didn t give them 5 across the board is because the repairs were just completed last weekend. And it hasn t been enough time to evaluate the repair, but the quality is top notch and very professional. I climbed on the roof to ensure what I was getting and I m very pleased.

We moved into a new home on Jan 3rd. It has rained quite a bit and led to a repair performed by the homeowner failing, resulting in a leak by the 11th (a Saturday night). With rain in the forecast for the next several days, I make a desperate phone call to Bonafide Roofing Sunday morning, I expect no return call until Monday. To my surprise (and relief) I get a call back a couple of hours later and I'm told that William will be at my place by 4 PM EST ... on a Sunday! He arrived at 3:45 PM, met me with a smile, handshake and a business card. He removed his shoes, came into the house and I showed him the problem. He was on the roof and zeroed in on the problem in minutes. He performed the repair on the spot, quickly and efficiently and put everything back together as it originally was. It started raining shortly after William left - but we were nice and dry :) The following day I receive a phone call to make sure the repair held ... He didn't even take advantage of the weekend / urgency! solid, honest and good old fashioned quality service.

I would recommend Bonafide Roofing Company to anyone having a problem with their roof. I found this company during a "search near me". I started reading the reviews and liked what I was reading before I could finish they reached out to me. Now I have had four different companies to work on my leaky roof, and it still leaked. I thank God for Mr. William Sorrows he stopped the leak with a guarantee. After it rained all night and all day he call to check to see if all was well. And it was HALLELUJAH! Bonafide Roofers stand behind their work. There is so much more good to be said about this company. Family and friends having a problem with your roof call William Sorrows. He is a man of integrity. and a God sent man to me and my husband.

Mr. Sorrows was the first to come out and give us a quote (day after Thanksgiving) and we chose to hire him based on his reviews online and the affordability. He arrived on time and completed the job for us that day. When I was not fully happy with the appearance afterwards he came THE NEXT DAY (a Sunday) and fixed it for us. He is kind, professional and appears to really care about customer satisfaction. We have not tested it against the rains yet but I feel confident that even if there were an issue Mr. Sorrows would be right out to handle it. I would recommend him for work. Edie 01/27/20 Mr. Sorrows has returned to work on a gutter downspout repair for us that has been a bit of a conundrum. We remain pleased with his work ethic and kindness and will continue to use him for roof-related work.

Enjoyed working with William. He showed up on time and kept me in the loop. He was very friendly and personable. They sent us a quote for the project that detailed the work and finished the job below budget. We would definitely use them again.
