My name is Ivan Childress, Founder and C.E.O of Blue Print Construction, Inc. My company was established in 2011 and the name is new to the industry, but the experience we have to offer is not. We have been building and remodeling homes in the Metro Atlanta area for over 10 years. Since we are a General Contractor, we do use Subcontractors in some cases depending on the size of the project. Our only fee is a $35.00 travel charge. If our company earns your business, the $35.00 travel charge will be used as payment towards your project.
