Dean Bires is a both a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. He supervised most of the work personally nearly every single day, absolutely always arrived when promised, and really cares about getting every detail just right to achieve a final result of impeccable quality. He kept in very close communication and could always be reached quickly for questions. The care that he takes to protect carpeting and furniture is very impressive, and daily clean-up thorough. The estimated time of 6 weeks turned into 8-9 by the time all of the fine finish work was done, but each of several very small delays seemed very understandable. The $24,000 figure is what was actually paid directly to Bires Remodeling for planning, labor, miscellaneous basic/rough materials, and overall supervision of the project. Major fine materials such as cabinets, countertop, shower doors, tile, fixtures, etc. and also the fees of a designer (whom he recommends) were extra and raised the total cost to about $50,000.

Always on time and within budget.

This is the second project Bires Remodeling has done for me. The honesty, good communication and trust worthiness of Mr. Bires and his contractors made the entire project a complete success.
