Pretty good. Results were satisfactory for price paid. Workers were punctual. Deck crew showed up on time every day, but worked very slowly and did an average job. Deck crew installed back storm door, but hung it so it doesn't close completely. We called Wayne to tell him painters did not pressure wash house as agreed and asked him to handle before painting started. Wayne insisted they did until he came out and saw for himself. Painting job turned out great. Electrical work done on back porch was nonfunctional and we had to pay an electrician to make it right. Wayne promised to come out and replace damaged deck board, but never came back. Overall, we are satisfied with the work for the price paid, but the service was lacking professionalism and responsiveness.

Owner and coworker came out promptly and as expected once project was decided. Always prompt reply when I texted him. We recommend using Bearcreek and would use again.

This is the second time we have used Bear Creek Home Improvement. The deck far exceeded our expectations and the screened-in porch is wonderful. All this was done for an extremely reasonable price. This is not your revolving door work crew where the salesman does a great job selling you and you never know if the crew that shows up is going to do a good job or not. This is a son and father who take pride in their work. We plan on having them back again to remodel a bathroom for us. They do a lot more than just decks.

The workmanship is excellent. He and his father do most of the work themselves with some help from a small crew. The price was very reasonable, we had several quotes. We were able to talk to people he had done work for and look at the workmanship before we contracted with him. We are very happy with the end result. We are planning to have him replace the large back deck with part screened porch and part deck early next year. We also have some inside projects for him. Very happy to have found Bear Creek Construction.
