I haven’t been all thrilled with them lately. The cost is $1350 so we had to do half. So leading up to that was fine. They came out and they were responsive and the guy, Mr. Montique was great and he told me about the problem. The problem I thought I had wasn’t exactly the problem and his solution was way less expensive. Up to that point was great.  Then when I started dealing with the owner who actually came back out and it  hasn’t started yet and we are talking about since April. I called to follow up, now they already had half the payment. I called him because it was supposed to be done by July 15th and I called him last week and he acted like he didn’t know who I was. So that troubled me and I think that put a fire under him because he called me and said they will be out on Monday. I don’t like shady stuff like that. I just think he forgot. He was the one that I signed the contract with and gave the $650 to. When they were supposed to start, two weeks had past and I was thinking what happened. So I called and I didn’t like that I had to follow up with them. If it was something that was going to push back the project, fine but let me know. I called him and from the conversation he was like remind me who this is again. I guess he will finish by the 15th because it is a one day job. To get a better grade they should have followed up. Have better communication.
