I had a pleasant experience even with this being an unexpected event and expense. I was a little concerned that being a single female it would be easy for a company to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. But from the very beginning the owner of the company took the time to explain the steps and the possible prices so I would know what to expect. The company?s representatives were Amos and Dustin. They not only were on time but early. At all times I found them to be dependable, hard-working, conscientious, honest and courteous. These men went above and beyond every quality listed above. Dustin took the time to take me out to the tank and lines and explained each step to me. He explained everything he did and why. He explained how the system worked in detail to me until I didn?t have any questions left. He was very mannerly and professional. Dustin was a very hardworking young man. Amos kept the project on the timeline and was in control of the project at all times. He was very friendly and professional, and like Dustin, he explained every step to me. Even though you could tell that Amos was over the project, he worked right alongside Dustin (digging, shoveling, working under the house, etc.) every step of the way. He walked the area with me after everything was finished. Amos was a very hardworking, thorough and honest man who represented the company well. I can confidently recommended All About Septic and Plumbing as a solid and reliable company, and experts in their field.
