Alcovy Fence

I called around March 9th to inquire about having the privacy fence installed at my home. Initially Mr. Krzac was very responsive. In fact, if memory serves correctly the same day that I called he came by my house to walk the yard and begin the quote process. If it wasn't the same day, then it was the next day. I received the phone later on in the evening that I thought was a very fair quote and was excited to hire Alcovy to erect the fence. The problem was, the responsiveness ended. I would call and get voicemail. I would also send a text message or an email. every once in awhile I would get an email or a text back that said, "Sorry for the delay. I will be in touch later today." however, there would be no call nor any other method of contact made. On one such occasion however, after a few days I did get an email asking for the quote number. I promptly responded to that with the information that was requested. I believe that I did get a thank you in response but that was it. At this point I'm going to look for another contractor and would recommend that you do as well.

I contacted this company by phone and through this site. After a few days he contacted me back to set up an appointment for a quote. The appointment time came and went with no one coming out or even calling to tell me they were not going to make it. Never heard another word from anyone. I think that was pretty rude!

It didn't. The owner (or whomever it was I spoke with) returned my call, that's all. He said he was on the road and would call again later. I have not heard from him again.

The install went very smooth. I am very happy with the quality of the completed project.
