Never got a report, no communication. I would never recommend them. Complete waste of money and I appreciate the reminder to dispute the charges.

We found the report in your file, but due to human error, we never sent it to you, so I fully understand your frustration with us. I have instructed our accounts payable department to refund the entirety of your payment to us, plus $50 for the time you had to wait to get this matter resolved. Thank you for letting us know of this occurrence. We are reviewing this matter internally to try to ensure that this does not happen to anyone again."

After posting my original comments regarding this company, Glenn with A1A environmental called me because I had not given them a raving review due to some issues experienced during the work. Glenn asked me what they had to do to change my mind regarding their work. After further discussion, they offered a reduction in the bill as compensation. In the end, we felt that they went above and beyond to make it right. It was a very generous offer, much more than I would have asked. Thank you Glenn and thank you A1A Environmental for being conscientious and fair with us. If we ever need this type of service again, we will in fact call them.

They provided the service very quickly, but they were extremely rude when we spoke with them. We were able to find another company to complete the abatement work for $1100 cheaper. If you want a quick turn around on the work, then this company is good. However, if you want the best deal and great customer service, then I do not recommend them.

When they came to work put plastic everywhere on floor. They also opened a window for their machine to suck out dust & put-up a plastic barrier parallel to wall to cut down on debris, etc. to remove asbestos.
