 + -1 moreThey saved our vacuum which was a big help because they don't sell our Sharp vacuums any longer. Our vacuum is 15 years old and we did not want to part with it so they helped us keep it. They got it working again and I was very pleased with their services.
Description of Work: A to Z repaired our $300 vacuum by taking it apart, cleaning it out and putting a new motor in.

 + -1 moreAfter a frustrating day of stopping by Vacuum repair shops to try and get my central vac hose repaired on site same day and being underwhelmed by customer service, I was encouraged by A to Z's promise of exemplary customer service and Mr. Pennington's willingness to stop at my house same day of call. While he did order and deliver a replacement for the broken central vac hose, he failed to follow through with the second hose promised even after several phone calls to check on its status. For what I paid, I did not receive full service promised. I can see no advantage in using this repair service over any other company that exists in my area.
Description of Work: Mr. Pennington drove to my home and picked up our central vacuum hose for repair; he advised replacement with better hose and either repair of original hose or else a second hose to use as a spare. I paid for replacement hose AND repair or additional replacement--two hoses were to be delivered to me. Mr. Pennington returned to my home after a few reminder calls and brought one replacement hose---despite my repeated inquiries and his promise to deliver, he has not brought the second replacement hose after several months of procrastination.
