Vacuum Cleaners
They saved our vacuum which was a big help because they don't sell our Sharp vacuums any longer. Our vacuum is 15 years old and we did not want to part with it so they helped us keep it. They got it working again and I was very pleased with their services.

Vacuum Cleaners
After a frustrating day of stopping by Vacuum repair shops to try and get my central vac hose repaired on site same day and being underwhelmed by customer service, I was encouraged by A to Z's promise of exemplary customer service and Mr. Pennington's willingness to stop at my house same day of call. While he did order and deliver a replacement for the broken central vac hose, he failed to follow through with the second hose promised even after several phone calls to check on its status. For what I paid, I did not receive full service promised. I can see no advantage in using this repair service over any other company that exists in my area.
