Specializing in continual attic, basement & crawl space inspections. We give our customers the peace of mind knowing that they have possible existing concerns that need to be corrected to prevent even more major damages/problems down the road. We also many times if not the majority in advising of no existing concerns at time of inspection. We recommend an attic, basement or crawl space inspection once or twice yearly. Of course that is just a recommendation w/no pressure to do so. We look for any existing signs of water damage, electrical hazards, compromised insulation, material structural integrity, animal or rodent signs & more. Accessing attics & crawl spaces can be dangerous and/or unpleasant. Leave this to us. We do not provide inspections for the home buying/selling process at this time.
