The serviceman came the same day that I called, and he let me know ahead of time what time he would arrive. This is a licensed and bonded plumbing company. This fact gives me confidence that they will do a satisfactory job and will stand behind their work. The serviceman was very courteous. I also like that they are up front on their pricing.

We had a recurring leak in this pipe and hadn't been able to fix it. M & S suggested the new pipe to solve that problem. They did the work in about 8 hours and their crew was great to work with.
