Provided a fair estimate within a day of being contacted, and scheduled work just a few days later. They arrived on time, made the gutters on site, installed them, the downspouts, and the gutter guards within about 6 hours of arriving. Excellent quality work. The crew never stopped working the whole time they were here, and they cleaned up everything perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Can not trust this guy. He charged me $900 for 50 feet of gutters and gutter covers. national average high end is $28 per liner foot. I paid almost twice that. Watch out if you decide to use him.

"First of all this is a contractor that I spoke with out on the job and he actually agreed to pay the $900 and it was not for just a 50 foot of gutter and gutter covers it was for that as well as two downspouts. He explained to me that he only had $600 in the budget. I told him well then he could find somebody else that I could not do it for that.Then I explained to him that this was a small job and cannot be priced by per foot average because of the footage. And that by the time I spent money in materials gas and labor that there really is not a lot of money in those types of jobs. I actually saved him $100 because he originally agreed to pay"

Mr. Cooper contacted me promptly and quickly came out to give me an estimate, which was very fair. The project itself was somewhat delayed by weather, but I was kept informed of the status. I m very happy with the finished product (a downspout). It looks great and blends right into the work previously done by another company. The final cost equaled the estimate. Would happily use this company again.

Very professional. Mr. Cooper was up front with what the cost would be to replace the existing gutters, along with an additional gutter for another part of the house. Mr. Cooper did not attempt to sell me any additional services, just the gutters as I had requested. The installers that replaced the gutters were very courteous and installed the gutters in short amount of time. I would definitely recommend Cooper Sheet Metal and Gutters to my family and friends.

Jason;s response to calls was commendable, however, their clean-up after installing the Gutters was horrible... nails were throughout the driveway that my wife had to sweep to clean-up and a nail was inserted in my daughter's car tire, resulting in repair cost! After we experience a stormy rain in Atlanta Ga, I will present another response regarding the Gutters/Down sprout performance. Stay tuned!

"We are very sorry for the nail in the tire. We do clean up with a blower and magnet although sometimes something may get overlooked as the nails a lot of times are hard to spot with the naked eye is why we use a magnet. We are willing to pay for the repair of the tire but haven?t received a phone call about any of this. This is the first we?ve heard of any nails. We always strive to do a good job with our install as well as clean up."
