Ray took time to explain everything to us and answer all questions. He pointed out what are strong points with our property regarding pest control and also what to watch out for in the future. All work done as planned. Just a little difficult to get communication/scheduling done when Ray is in the field so much, but the work wasn't so delayed as to cause any kind of problem, and he apologized for the delay. It was GREAT to find an exterminator who works with something OTHER THAN the termite bait system. Highly recommend Boot-A-Pest!

They charged us $95 for three months. They were on time and friendly. They guarantee their service and if I see any bugs, they will come right back and re-spray for free. The chemical they use is safe for pets and kids.

The experience has been good. If there are any issues/problems between the treatments, they're responsive with taking care of the issues without any extra charges.
