The did a great job. Thomas (the owner) is honest, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. We shopped around for a siding company and interviewed several of them. All American Exteriors exceeded every expectation we had. We would use them again and highly recommend.

All American did a great job installing new siding and gutters on our home! They answered questions and resolved any issues that arose with the project promptly. They stand behind their work, I would hire them again for future remodel projects.

There were weather issues that delayed the start of the project, but the office was in constant contact with us to make sure that we were informed. Once the project got started, everything went extremely well and turned out beautiful.

Very Satisfied. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Installation crew was great. Tom, the manager, fit us into their schedule quickly and followed up when work was done to make sure we were happy.

I built my house 25 years ago and installed cypress siding. For the past 10 years I have been battling carpenter bees and wood peckers. After losing the battle I decided to have my house bricked on the first floor and Hardie board on the second story. After reading horror stories on the internet about poor Hardie board installations I decided to contact the Hardie board company directly and see who they could recommend to install my siding. They recommended All American Exteriors. I made the phone call and Thomas Williams came out to look the house over to give me a bid. Thomas also informed me he could provide the brick work and roofing that I needed. After receiving a very detailed and itemized bid the job was awarded to All American Exteriors and Thomas began work on the house immediately. Several different crews were brought in to do the different task that were needed. Thomas coordinated everything very well and had the material available when the workers arrived. I must say that all the construction work was outstanding. Cleanup was done daily to keep the trash to a minimum. Thomas welcomed changes to my plans and quickly sent updated quotes via email. I could always reach Thomas via email, phone or text message. The difference in the way my house now looks is amazing. I am very pleased with the work and professionalism of All American Exteriors. I will be calling on them when I get ready to do my next project.

They showed up right on time for an estimate only, but they had the time and ability to do the repairs right then. The staff on the phone and at the work site were very professional and polite (the guy that needed to come in to the house to see where the leak was even tried to take his shoes off so as to not get the house dirty). They did a good job explaining what needed to be done, got the work finished quickly and it looks good. They even offered to clean the gutters out and then blew the debris away from the house! We will definitely be using them again soon as we have a long list of repairs to work through.

I just had all the windows in my home replaced by All American Exteriors and the experience couldn?t have been better. First, I plan on staying in my home a long time, so I wanted quality windows. I researched a lot of window manufacturers and found that Simonton windows provided a high quality product for a reasonable price. The fact that Simonton has the highest satisfaction rating according to J.D. Power and Associates for the past 3 years was icing on the cake. I then contacted All American and everything after that was a pleasure. From the first call, you?re going to be greeted by a pleasant and helpful person. When they said they were going to be here, they were. They were very professional and well organized. When it came time for installation, the installers were also pleasant and professional. They were friendly, respectful and wanted me to be happy with the final product. This probably wasn't a typical install for these guys because some of the existing windows had completely rotted through and they had to do some additional framing and trim work, but they seemed more interested in doing the job right than getting it done and moving on to the next job. I?m not a difficult person to please, but I am picky. I can find something wrong with anyone?s work. When I mentioned the one issue I found, they addressed it immediately and then asked me to look again to see if I could find something else I wasn?t
happy with. Before the installers left, another gentleman showed up and he may have been pickier than me. He had the installers washing hand prints off the windows. He also did a walk around with me to make sure neither one of us could find anything we didn?t like.
