My only issue was that they arrived about 30 minutes late.  Aside from that, they were very pleasant to work with, did a great job cleaning the carpets, and were very reasonable on the price!

They did a great job. They were helpful and informative about question I had about carpet care. They were on time. I can't remember the exact price but I know I compared them with three other services and they had the best price. I was very pleased and will use them again.

They cleaned a very dirty carpet and removed a large wrinkle in the carpet. Quality of work was excellent. They were a couple hours past the scheduled arrival but, the quality of work was so good I consider that to be be a minor problem. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

The owner's son did the cleaning and he was very polite and professional.He even went back over a couple areas that looked good to me but were not clean enough to meet his standards.

Pro Chem was on time, did a wonderful job on carpet that was over 20 years old. It looked brand new when he finished. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs carpet cleaned.

The were on time, polite, professional and quick. He didn't waste any time with breaks or personal business, but devoted all time to my carpeting. He gave good advice regarding furniture that was old and also moved small furniture and put it on plastic and/or blocks. He was very safety conscious. He didn't leave any mess

They were responsive to our call to inquire about their services and scheduled us quickly. They came when they had promised and completed the job in the length of time we'd been told to expect. We needed our carpet cleaned for a wedding at home; found ProChem on angieslist reviews. After reading all reviews in the category, made a great decision to call ProChem. They gave an estimate over the phone and stuck to it when they arrived. The technician was punctual, professional, and went the extra mile for us. We had our Den, two hallways, and stairs cleaned. The carpet is very light cream colored (almost white), and had a lot of dirt spots and traffic area discoloration. We have young children and two small dogs, and our carpet was proof of that! After ProChem cleaned, IT LOOKS BRAND NEW! We could not be happier with it. We had considered buying a cleaning machine to do it ourselves (I have cleaned government and quot;quartersand quot; professionally myself), but I could not have achieved these results. VERY PLEASED, FIVE STARS!

Arrived at the appointed time. Began immediately. Very pleasant. Cleaned and removed spots. Asked if everything was done to my satisfaction.
