Morris Professional Floor Installation

Mr. Morris refinished floors in an antebellum house, and we were initially pleased. But further interior work raised dust particles that settled into the floors and couldn't be removed, leading us to question whether a sealant and protective finish had been applied as specified. I called Mr. Morris and asked if he could look at it - he agreed but did not show up at the time we set, or call. When I called back he hung up. I called twice again but did not get a call back. My biggest concern is not just quality of work (we have not yet gotten an independent opinion on that) but the lack of responsiveness when a problem emerged.

Job was well done. We explained how we wanted the tiles installed and three workers set off to get it done. Tiling took longer than expected so the work finished the next day. We did have a minor issue with two tiles that would have prevented a window from opening for cleaning (they tilt inward and they downward for cleaning). But the issue was quickly rectified and the job looks great.
