They did an excellent job. In fact, he came out two times and thought he could have gotten a better price on the part so he tried various places to get a better value on the part. He did an excellent job and has offered to come back if I detect any problems.

Mark White arrived on schedule, and fixed the problem in approximately 5 minutes (agitator dogs were broken and needed replacing). He was polite and respectful and got the job done. This is the second time we've used this provider (I found him through recommendations at work, and he fixed our dryer in the past) and we are pleased with the service.
