Yelp and Facebook reviews look about the same with complaints. I should have looked at this first before I chose to hire this company. This is my review: This is the most ghettos moving company. That showed up without mask on!! The movers Abdul said he was on the way at 0911 for a 1000 appointment and didn't show until 1100. When I called to complain about the tardiness. Tammy the owner basically told me I could reschedule. Despite me making a reservation 1 week prior. She is very mouthy and refuses to take responsibility for her poor services. She references the 2 hr window, and state regulations and how the movers have to feed their families . But didn't reference the fact that Abdul said he was on the way. Not only were the movers late and unprofessional they are LAZY !! I had my sons and husband helping and the hired help barley worked!! Before they could pull off the truck broke down in my driveway. When we got to our final destination they didn't have shoe covers. Well if they didn't cover their mouth.. why should I expect them to cover their shoes!!!To make matters worse Abdul was rude and thought he was going to talk to my husband any kind of way, and was quickly put on hush mode!! This company is GHETTO and Lazy ... $400 down th drain .. and very pointless ...I have to have another company come and complete the move !!! Exit stage left if I could give them a negative I would !!! Don't let them move your home !! Clearly TNS doesn't understand the importance of a move and hiring movers !! Ghetto

I am a single grad student living away from friends and family. I needed help, and was taken advantage of. This company is a complete scam. PLEASE BEWARE. This company rescheduled my appointment the day of and moved it two hours up, broke several boxes of glass, scraped my leather couch, and packed my storage horribly. I called the company to let them know, TAMMY POUGH told me to email pictures and she would call me in the morning. I tried to call after receiving no call and it turns out she has blocked my calls. She said they would come to fix my storage for $50 dollars and hour, after they had already gotten paid to ruined my property and to place my couch on top of all of my boxes and bags so I cant access anything. They never showed up! I received a call at 6p (they were supposed to be there between 530 and 6p) and was told by Tammy Pough that they are running behind and that they would be there "at 7p if they made it at all." I asked for her to confirm if they would make it and she did. When 7p came, I called Tammy's phone at least four-five times and was sent to voicemail each time.
