We were looking for a full-time nanny with flexible hours. Britteny had a long list of terrific candidates in her portfolio. We actually hired the first one we interviewed. It was a perfect match and the kids loved her. Britteny handled the contract and all the negotiations with the nanny.
We were riddled with anxiety about how we were going to replace our current nanny when she announced she was going back to school.
