Roofing
Reuben took several weeks to complete a job that he said would take about 5 days. He contracted out the tree limb removal work. I paid Reuben directly for this. He never paid the subcontractor. The subcontractor came to my house multiple times looking for payment. I had to arrange a call between the two of them. It eventually became clear that Reuben was avoiding paying the sub. I paid the sub myself, resulting in a double payment for that portion of the work. After this, Reuben failed to come back and complete the job. Luckily most of it had been completed, but it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend using this person or company.
