Floyd and his assistant were absolutely wonderful! I really appreciated the fact that Floyd did not hesitate to give me an approximate cost of the work I needed done before coming out, whereas other companies wanted to charge $49 just to come out and give me a quote. Floyd worked with my schedule, arrived on time, observed safety precautions by wearing a mask at all times, and was extremely professional and accommodating as he took care of several electrical projects I wanted done. In addition his overall price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Sullivan Electric Services to others, as well as hire them again for any electrical work I need done.

The entire process went great. I reached out to Sullivan Electric Services Co via their website. Floyd contacted me the following day to coordinate a site visit to develop the scope of work. Floyd came when promised to survey my request. Linda emailed the quote to me the following day and scheduled the installation as requested. On the scheduled work day Floyd and his team arrived during the agreed time window and worked until the project was complete. I am pleased with their work and definitely will use them again and can recommend their services. Also I requested for Sullivan Electric Services Co to manage the DeKalb County permitting process to keep everything legal. They did everything I asked. Excellent service.

Mr. Sullivan and his team did an excellent job installing (2) 20amp & (1) 240v outlets in my home. He was very responsive, installed them in the desired areas and gave me a reasonable price. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile by patching all the holes created from running additional wiring. They were also diligent enough to label all the new circuits in my panel. I'm definitely using Sullivan Electric Services Co. for the upcoming projects for both my home and business!

I added a heat pump to my swimming pool, requiring an upgrade to the electrical service. In addition, I decide to add extra lighting and electrical outlets to my pool area. Sullivan Electric gave me a good price on both of these upgrades, and performed the work for the price they quoted and in the timeline we had agreed on. I was impressed by the professionalism of both the people who did the work and the back office staff. If (when) I need further electrical work Sullivan Electric will be my first choice.

They had done an installation, there was a slight problem when they installed it. They installed it over the summer and obviously, it's cooling a little bit now. They came out at no cost. Everyone makes mistakes. They fixed whatever was not working. These guys are great. They are really good.

Serviceman came on time on day planned and did find outlet was originally installed incorrectly and he reinstalled the outlet- also inspected breaker box and lines - said all was working well- I asked to have another outlet installed in my front bathroom which he did and all is working very well
