Stress Free Cleaning

I purchased a voucher from Crowdsavings.com which was "valid for 1 complete home cleaning for up to 2,500 sq ft, for your home or office within 30 miles from 30058." Voucher was purchased 3/6/2015. I emailed to schedule an appointment with Stress Free Cleaning on 4.13.2015 and received a reply four days later on 4.17.2015 that the date I requested was unavailable, with no additional information about available dates. I replied back to that message eight minutes later and received no reply. I left a voicemail message 5.7.2015 without a reply, then sent a second email 5.8.2015, after which I got a call back from Tonya. I explained that we were moving out of our house and wanted some help cleaning it prior to turning it over to the buyers on the 27th of this month. She replied that the voucher did not cover move outs and move ins, and they would not perform the service. I noted that the terms of the voucher made no mention of this restriction, and she replied that she was informing me now over the phone. I quote from Stress Free Cleaning's website under Services: "Move In/Out Cleaning Whether you are leaving or settling into a new home, call stress free cleaning for a professional home cleaning that will leave your house or apartment sparkling like new." I find it disingenuous to apply additional restrictions that were not stipulated in the original purchase agreement, and which are explicitly stated as part of their regular services. I also find it notable that the voucher expires on May 31st, and I suspect that Stress Free Cleaning was unwilling to perform the job for so little money and intended to wait until the voucher had expired.
