Spray & Stain

"Hello Mr. [Member Name Removed]. Please recall that you hired us to stain your deck. Instead of purchasing stain, you purchased deck over which was a completely different product and different price. We also informed you that we were not going to finish your work at the initial scheduled time because a large portion of our work force was called to the National Gaurd to support victims of Hurricane Michael. We offered to complete the task at a later date which was still well before your event. At that point you stated that we were unprofessional, you were dissatisfied with the work and you were going to find someone else to finish the job. One week later, you call back and stated that we were, in fact, very professional, and you would like for us to complete the task. We refused the work because I will not accept verbal assault on my hard working staff nor our credit because we chose to support those in need. I hope you were able to find someone who was able to complete your project, and we hate that your experience was so negative, if you review our scores on Thumbtack and Home Advisor, we have exceptionally high rankings, and we will continue to give exceptional service at great prices."
