ROOMS TO GO FURNITURE

I picked up the furniture on 2/22/16 and, brought it to my house. I was not real satisfied with the look of it. so I decided to return it. I called R T G the next day. They told me that after 48 hours of the date of purchase I could not return it. The furniture was in the warehouse for more than 72 hours before I picked it up. I have argued with everyone in the store and there main customer service department. I did not know they had a NO RETURN POLICY. I was told I could reselect something else and, that I had 30 day's to do so. Again I went to the store and looked. But I did not see anything I liked. I called the customer service on 3/22/16 and told them I was bringing the console back for an in store credit. So that I could use it at a later date when they get new inventory. They told me that was not an option. But they would extend the expiration date another 30 day's. When I told them I was cancelling my credit card with them and that I was done. They did not seem too concerned. I will tell everyone I come in contact with to stay out of Rooms To Go.
