 + -1 moreEddie was very professional, courteous, and competent. He diagnosed the problem correctly and spent a great deal of time to ensure it was fixed to my satisfaction. He was not in a hurry, but he, also, did not waste time. His charges were less than expected. Eddie did a great job for me at a great price. I would highly recommend him for simple or complex computer problems.
Description of Work: The problem was with my RAID hard drives and two other internal hard drives that all needed to be reconfigured and the RAIDS split apart. I needed to do this without losing any data. Eddie was able to work through this for me to my satisfaction, and I did not lose any data.

 + -1 moreMr. Edmonson Riddle came out and was very professional. He was courteous and explained everything that he was doing. He worked on it for a while and got it up and running. It took two days because there was a malfunctioning cable. After we received the new cord it only took about 3 hours.
Description of Work: He fixed my PC and got it up and running.
