Eddie was very professional, courteous, and competent. He diagnosed the problem correctly and spent a great deal of time to ensure it was fixed to my satisfaction. He was not in a hurry, but he, also, did not waste time. His charges were less than expected. Eddie did a great job for me at a great price. I would highly recommend him for simple or complex computer problems.

Mr. Edmonson Riddle came out and was very professional. He was courteous and explained everything that he was doing. He worked on it for a while and got it up and running. It took two days because there was a malfunctioning cable. After we received the new cord it only took about 3 hours.
