2 guys but only one has skills. Really one guy. And work was poorly done.

Josh is beyond amazing. He installed my whole house attic fan this morning and was just awesome. He is soooo skilled in his work and craftsmanship. He was very responsive to my questions, worked around my schedule, showed up on time, brought all of his own tools, hustled around, climbed through my less-than-ideal attic, and was just such an amazing carpenter. Never wasted a single minute of time. His quote was the lowest of those that I got for this project.....and I must say that I was a bit leery about that. You know the old adage of and quot;you get what you pay forand quot;......well let me tell you, that is NOT TRUE in the case of working with Josh. He was worth every penny and then some. He explained everything as he went along and did simply the best job I ever could have imagined. Never complained, even though I think the job was bigger than what he (or I) ever thought it was going to be at the onset. He cleaned up after he was done......and swept up the dry wall dust and everything. Such a professional and simply the nicest guy you could ever meet. His skills are bar none the best I've seen. I am THRILLED and will most certainly call Josh again. I have 100% confidence that he will do an amazing job for you as well. Hire Josh with confidence!
