Very professional, very knowledgeable, very fast. I was impressed with the ease of his remote service and to be able see what he was reviewing. It took a while to locate this very sneaky virus that had attached itself to other files. Through Google, the virus transferred into my laptop, so he had to clean it also. Having used various computer repair services through the years, I was extremely pleased with Hi-Tech Handyman and with being able to access service after hours. I totally recommend this company.
Description of Work: My computer had a virus I could not find and therefore could not remove. I contacted this company and Stephen Watson was able to remotely locate the problem and repair my computer.
