+ -1 moreA two-man crew showed up and ran a water-based cleaner over the carpet. They left the carpet sopping. When the carpet dried, it wicked up dirt in many areas. The owner promised to send a worker back to correct the problem, but he never showed. I left many phone messages, finally got the owner on the phone for a few seconds, he said he would reschedule for another day and call me back. He never called back despite many messages, and when the day of the rescheduled appointment arrived no one showed up.
Description of Work: Clean a berber style carpet in a living room and on a staircase.
