"Customer reported damages to her tv two to three weeks after her move…which is unheard of… Her family was helping trying to save time. But they were dragging her belongings the whole time… She had 2men for 2hrs.. Move took five hours because she had told Best Man Movers she had one bedroom but upon arrival it was 4bedrooms and a 800 pound spa chair. We didn’t charge her for it… It was a rainy day! We still came out and performed and didn’t cancel because she needed to be moved. We did excellent like always and another successful move..We hire qualified, pre screened guys that’s been on our team over 10 years… We believe customer is saying all of this to get some money back or another tv because there were several adults living in her new home without a tv..also we don’t go back in forth on texts…however if we can be any further assistance please feel free to reach us @ [email protected]. Original quote was 480 for four hours with three movers. Ricky let me know that this was going to take longer to do and what the rate was for the additional hours, should there be any, before they started.
Movers packed up all furniture and belongings. I unfortunately had an over abundance of personal items to move and move took over nine hours. If you knew all that was to be moved you would understand better. They wrapped all funiture and disassembled beds, washer, dryer etc... and reassembled all at the new place.
It was one of the hottest days, so far, this year. The gentlemen worked feverishly to get everything done.
They are very professional and did a amazing job with this move. I recommend their service to anyone who needs to move.
