He didn't install pursuant to Owen's Corning architectural shingles guidelines and did not complete the project. He did not provide all the required materials to validate the Owen's Corning guarantee. He didn't return to finish the job pursuant to workmanship warranty. I'd like to get him to finish this project. I was trying to contact them for 2 years and they don't answer or they said they will send someone out but never did and they continue to use the same phone number of the same company.

Unfortunately, like I have expressed in many ways to you, Atlantis Restorations is not my company and I cannot honor a warranty that was not given by my company- ACR Group. I used to work for Atlantis Restorations, and Phillip Fowler and I parted ways. I was slated to take over his company, but we could not come to an agreement. So, I started my own company- ACR Group. Most likely, your confusing is coming from when Phillip and I were still working together. I started an LLC for when I would take over because he did not have one. When we parted ways I changed the name of the LLC to ACR Group and proceeded to start my company. As you can see from my "A" rating on Angie's List, we are fair and honest with all of our clients. The fact that Atlantis Restorations is out of business is not my fault and I cannot help you with any warranty work. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I wish you the best of luck. Jim and Mike are seriously hard workers! They made our cedar shake roof look brand new. Every day the work area was cleaned up before they went home. Highly recommend this company.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work performed by ACR Group. Jim, his brother Michael and crew were fantastic! They did a great job. The debris from the repairs and cleaning of the gutters was nowhere to be seen. Every day the site was as clean as when they arrived and the final results of the cedar roof treatment made the house look brand new. If you have a cedar roof hire these guys. You will be impressed with the work and their professionalism. .

This company is excellent, it's two brothers and they do phenomenal work. They went on top of my steep roof to do important maintenance. It took them four days and I'm super happy with the work. I would recommend them.

I'm a professional builder and I hired ACR to perform maintenance on my personal home wood shake roof, clean it and apply a preservative to the wood shingles to improve their life and appearance. The guys did a great job and paid attention to detail and repaired what needed to be repaired and replaced some shingles that needed replacing. They were very thorough and professional. Always kept me informed. Always cleaned up every day. They just did a great job and I would certainly recommend them or hire them again when I need their service. They were very responsive and prompt, they came when they said they would, they were wonderful, cleaned up after themselves and they did a great job. The president of the company Jim came back at the last day and gave me a tape, he said that I have to put on tape on the spot that that I was not satisfied. He came the next day and fixed everything to my satisfaction.

They cleaned and power washed the roof, replaced the shakes, came in and sealed it. It was very good, aside from weather.

We just bought a new house with a shake roof that looked awful. I seriously considered replacing it but Jim and team came out and made it look new for a fraction of the cost of a new roof. My new neighbors now say I turned the worst looking roof on the street to the best looking roof! Thanks Jim!
