After moving into house less than a week after carpet was cleaned, the carpets were filthy. My toddler's feet were black on the bottoms from walking around. The owner of company blamed my carpets as being uncleanable and said he would not clean the carpets again for free. When his company was called later by someone else he said his work was guaranteed. Another company came out and cleaned the carpet less than a week after he did and it looks great. After I sent an email to Mr. Stanley addressing these concerns he wrote back a very unprofessional email.
